What does the Free Scan include?

One single-engine General AI Overview showing your score, high-level visibility measures, detected business information and positives. Detailed evidence, recommendations, improvement actions and PDF downloads are reserved for paid analyses.

Do all analysis types use the same credits?

Yes. Business Review, Specific Search and Competitor Analysis cost 10 credits per selected AI engine: 10 credits for one engine, 20 for two and 40 for all four.

Do unused credits expire?

No. Purchased credits do not expire. Visilyo Pro credits also roll over indefinitely and remain on your account if you cancel.

When are credits used?

Credits are reserved when a paid analysis begins and are permanently consumed only when the completed report is ready. If the analysis fails before completion, the reservation is released.

What if an AI provider has a problem?

If a provider issue materially affects a report, contact us. An administrator can restore credits where appropriate after reviewing the run.

How long does an analysis take?

Deeper analyses can take several minutes because Visilyo reads your website, checks visual evidence and tests the selected AI engines in stages. Once you have confirmed the business details and started the final analysis, you can leave it running in the background. Visilyo will email you when your report is ready.

Can I rerun the same business?

Yes. Visilyo is designed for repeat analysis: make changes, rerun the test and compare how your AI visibility develops.
