1. About Visilyo
Visilyo is a trading name of Callum Wigmore, a sole trader based at 3 Broom Drive, SY5 0AZ, United Kingdom. Visilyo analyses publicly accessible business websites and selected AI-platform outputs to help users understand how a business may be understood, surfaced and recommended by AI systems.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless caused by our failure to take reasonable security measures. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
3. Free Scan
Eligible accounts may receive one restricted Free Scan. A Free Scan is limited to a single-engine General AI Overview and does not include the detailed evidence, recommendations, implementation guidance or PDF report supplied with paid analyses. We may apply reasonable anti-abuse controls to free access.
4. Credits and analysis pricing
Paid analyses cost 10 credits for one AI engine, 20 credits for two engines and 40 credits for four engines unless a different price is clearly shown before purchase or use. Purchased credits do not expire. Subscription credits accumulate while the subscription remains active and unused credits remain on the account after cancellation. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable unless we expressly agree otherwise.
5. When credits are consumed
Credits are reserved when a paid analysis begins so that the same balance cannot fund multiple simultaneous runs. Reserved credits are permanently consumed when the completed report is ready to be delivered. If the analysis fails before completion, the reservation is released. Where a provider failure materially reduces a completed report, we may restore credits after reviewing the run.
6. Visilyo Pro
Visilyo Pro is currently priced at £19.99 per month and adds 160 credits after each successful monthly payment. The subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel it through the subscription-management facility made available through Stripe. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not remove unused credits already added to your account.
7. Payments, cancellation and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. Consumer cancellation and refund rights depend on the circumstances and applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights you cannot lawfully waive. Where you ask us to begin a paid analysis immediately, you request that the service starts before the end of any applicable cancellation period. 8. AI-generated outputs
Visilyo combines website evidence, deterministic checks and outputs from third-party AI providers. AI systems are probabilistic: results can vary between providers, prompts and dates. Scores, findings and recommendations are decision-support information, not a promise that an AI provider will mention, rank or recommend a business, and not a guarantee of revenue or commercial outcome.
9. Submitted websites and content
You must only submit websites, prompts and information you are lawfully entitled to use for the requested analysis. Visilyo may retrieve publicly accessible pages, images and related evidence to perform the service. Websites may block or limit automated access, which can reduce analysis completeness.
10. Third-party services
Visilyo relies on third-party hosting, payment, email, web-processing and AI providers. Provider availability, models, pricing, responses and terms can change. Unless expressly stated, Visilyo is independent of and is not endorsed by OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Perplexity or other AI providers referenced in the service.
11. Acceptable use
You must not use Visilyo unlawfully; attempt unauthorised access; interfere with service operation; submit malicious material; evade account, free-scan or credit controls; scrape the service in a way that harms it; or use Visilyo to infringe another person’s rights.
12. Intellectual property and reports
Visilyo’s software, branding, interface and proprietary analysis methodology remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You retain rights in information you supply. Subject to these terms and payment of applicable credits, you may use reports generated for your account for your own business purposes.
13. Service quality and availability
We aim to provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We do not promise uninterrupted availability and may maintain, suspend or modify features where reasonably necessary, including in response to third-party API, security or legal changes.
14. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including applicable consumer rights. Subject to that, Visilyo is not intended to replace professional legal, financial, tax, marketing or technical advice, and you remain responsible for business decisions made using a report.
15. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Visilyo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of material breach, unlawful use, fraud, abuse, non-payment or a security risk. Where practical, we will explain the reason.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction except where mandatory law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
